Chicken Salad

2 C chopped cooked chicken
½ C chopped celery
½ C chopped cashews and/or pecans
¼ C chopped radishes
2 T chopped green onions
½ C Miracle Whip
1 T lemon juice
2 t dill weed
1 t seasoned salt

Combine chicken, celery, nuts, radishes and green onions. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix all together. Serve with croissants or crackers.

This is one of those well used cards in my recipe box. The original came from a magazine. It called for turkey and pimentos and only used cashews. My family likes pecans more. I usually mix them. I'll be honest I've made this so many times that I rarely refer to the recipe and just throw stuff in until it looks good. Technically, you're supposed to refrigerate this for a couple hours before serving but it's just too good to wait.
